BlueGrey Ventures (“BlueGrey”) designs, builds, hosts and maintains websites, web applications and SaaS platforms, financed over a fixed 12-month plan at 0% interest. Hosting & servers and maintenance & support are included for the life of the plan. We are web-only — we do not build native mobile applications.
Applications & the virtual NDA
Information submitted through our application form is confidential. Ticking the NDA box establishes a mutual confidentiality obligation covering your submission and our scoping materials, surviving any decision not to work together, for a period of 24 months. Case studies published on this site identify projects by working aliases only.
Payment plans
Approved projects are billed as 12 equal monthly instalments at 0% interest. Instalment 01 is due at project kickoff and starts the build; the remaining eleven are billed monthly thereafter. There is no down payment beyond instalment 01, no setup fees and no early-settlement penalty. The schedule and total are fixed in your quote before work begins and change only if scope changes at your request.
Consumables at actuals
Third-party usage costs — APIs, SMS and email credits, AI tokens, payment processing fees and premium licences — are passed through at cost and itemised on your monthly invoice. We apply no markup. Projects with heavy projected usage may require a consumables deposit.
Ownership & IP
BlueGrey retains all rights, title and interest in the product’s code until the twelfth and final instalment has been paid — or the balance is settled early, in which case rights transfer immediately upon settlement. At that point, full ownership of code, design, data, accounts and domain transfers to you. Your customer and business data remains yours throughout the plan.
Go-live, hosting & servers, and maintenance
We guarantee go-live within 30 days of kickoff for every project whose quoted scope is unchanged — and every project goes live before its second instalment falls due. New features added mid-build may extend the date, but the original scope never does. Hosting & servers, monitoring, backups, security patches and maintenance & support are included while your plan is active. Further feature development is quoted separately and may extend your schedule on the same 0% terms.
Late payments
Missed payments receive a reminder and a 10-day grace period with full service. After 30 days we may pause hosting — never without written notice — and your data remains exportable at all times.
Termination
Either party may end the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. On termination you settle completed work on the agreed schedule or via early settlement, and we provide a full handover of code, data and credentials.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, BlueGrey’s aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid in the preceding 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes
We may update these terms with 30 days’ notice by email. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance. Questions: hello@bluegrey.site.
