Really. Instalment 01 lands at kickoff, and your app is live within 30 days — before instalment 02 comes due on day 30. You start paying for a finished product from the second instalment onward.
Consumables — third-party APIs, SMS and email credits, AI tokens, payment processing fees, premium licences. We pass them through at cost, itemised, every month. We never mark them up.
Anytime. There is no interest and no penalty for early settlement — the remaining balance is simply the remaining project value, and full rights to the code transfer the same day you settle.
We’re humans first. You get a reminder and a grace period, and service continues through it. Pausing hosting is a last resort after 30 days — and we always tell you before anything changes.
Rights to the code transfer to you in full with your twelfth and final instalment — or immediately upon early settlement. Until then, BlueGrey holds the code while we build, host and maintain it. Your customer and business data is yours throughout.
We do, for the life of your plan. Hosting & servers are included, maintenance & support is provided at $0.00, and infrastructure, security patches, backups, and monitoring are all covered inside your monthly payment.
Small refinements are part of maintenance. For larger features we quote a fixed addition and simply extend your monthly schedule — same 0% terms.
