Application details (name, email, company, project information), correspondence with us, and aggregate, privacy-friendly usage analytics for bluegrey.site.
When — and only when — you submit the contact or application form, we also record technical details alongside your message: your IP address, the city and country it resolves to, and your browser's timezone. We use these to spot spam and to know which timezone to reply in. Simply browsing the site does not trigger this.
How we use it
To evaluate and deliver your project, to communicate about it, and — occasionally, with an opt-out in every message — to share studio news. We do not sell data, ever.
Your idea stays sealed
NDA-sealed submissions are used internally for scoping only, are accessible solely to BlueGrey staff bound by the same confidentiality, and are never shared with third parties or used to build competing products. Published case studies use working aliases and only figures our clients approve for display.
Processors
We rely on a short list of infrastructure, email and analytics providers, each bound by data-processing agreements. Your project data lives in managed infrastructure we administer on your behalf.
Named for clarity: form submissions are delivered to Google (Apps Script and Sheets), and the IP lookup described in section 1 is performed by ipwho.is, which receives your IP address at the moment you submit. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, and the site itself is hosted on Vercel.
Retention
Unsuccessful applications are deleted on request, or automatically after 24 months. Project data belongs to you and can be exported or deleted at any time.
Cookies
Minimal and functional: session preferences and aggregate analytics. No advertising trackers, no cross-site profiling, no dark patterns.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to hello@bluegrey.site. We respond within 30 days.
